This villa has been furnished to a very high standard with air conditioning throughout, electric gates, electric shutters on all the windows and automatic electric up & over door on the large garage.

From the front entrance is a wide hallway leading off to the left are the four bedrooms, three bedrooms have twin beds and en-suite shower rooms and the master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. With bedrooms having the luxury of en-suite bathrooms, built in wardrobes and patio doors leading out to the pool area surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace with ample sunloungers and side and rear lawned area.

Upstairs there is a large spacious lounge and dining room that boasts fabulous views across to the beach.  Large sliding doors lead to the sunny balcony equipped with outdoor dining furniture for 8. The lounge has Satellite TV, CD music centre and an open fireplace for the winter evenings. The fully fitted kitchen / dining area has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave as well as all the usual kitchen utensils. From the kitchen there are patio doors leading out to a second balcony with built in BBQ and dining furniture. Our maintenance company takes care of the swimming pool which is 8mts x 4mts together with the gardens surrounding the property.

The villa is situated near Lagos Marina, overlooking the Meia Praia, the Marina which is about a 5 minute walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled side streets and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets.

The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is only a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sports activities.  Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks all within a 30 minute drive .

Once you have arrived at Faro airport and hired your car you have about a 40minute drive and when you arrive at the villa you will be meet by a member of our staff. We can help with flights and car hire should you require us to do so.
