In addition to our hire charge we require a refundable security deposit of £100.00 with each booking, payable with the balance. This is returned at the end of your holiday when the keys have been returned and the cottage has been cleaned and checked according to our terms/conditions.

A 25% deposit is required to secure each booking.  Full payment is payable 8 weeks before the holiday start date.

To ensure your booking is processed successfully.

• We have included an on-line banking transfer facility.  Please contact us for our account details if you wish to pay this way.
• If you wish to pay by credit card through PayPal please contact us first to confirm availability and to get information of how to use this service.
  If you use the PayPal service there is a 3% surcharge to pay on top the rental, hire & deposit charges towards the fees we incur for this.
• We are happy to accept payments by cheque which will incur no additional fees but may take a little longer to arrive.
• Please note:  The information pack with the cottage address, directions and other information to assist your holiday will be sent when full payment has been received.
