Sailors Haunt offers a warm welcome to all ages.  The interior has been sympathetically modernised to offer everything needed by today’s holidaymakers.

The spacious lounge overlooks the harbour and is furnished with a deeply cushioned 3-piece suite plus additional seating in the sunny galleried balcony, where you can open the patio doors and take in the sights and sounds of the harbour and views of the marina, Torbay and beyond to Lyme Bay.  It is the ideal spot to sit and enjoy a quiet glass of wine after a busy day out.  For those wanting to sit in and relax there is a digital flat screen TV, DVD/Video Player,  PlayStation and CD player with a selection of DVDs, PlayStation games, video tapes and music CDs as well as books and board games. There is also free connection to Broadband and although the cottage has a good mobile phone signal, it also has a Payphone telephone.

The kitchen/diner also overlooks the harbour and is equipped with everything for those wanting to eat in with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/drier and digital TV.

The main bathroom has a bath with electric shower over plus integrated toilet and washbasin.  There is also ample storage in the fitted cupboards and a hotel style hair dryer.

There is an additional toilet on the upper floor, where the two bedrooms are also located.  The main bedroom, which overlooks the harbour, has a comfortable pocket sprung double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe and an en-suite washbasin with storage cupboard.  An electric towel rail enables you to keep your towels dry.

The second bedroom has full size custom made bunk beds with 3’ wide interior sprung mattresses.  It is ideal for children but also provides ample space and comfort for adults.  A chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe provide plenty of storage space.

The cottage is gas centrally heated and double glazed throughout making it ideal for holidays throughout the year.  A free private parking bay – an unusual bonus for properties in Brixham, where parking is at a premium - is just 2 minutes walk away and within view from the cottage.

Bed linen, towels (not beach towels) and central heating are included in the rental charge.
