The cottage is on three floors with a spacious lounge on the first floor overlooking the harbour and furnished with a deep cushioned 3-piece suite plus additional seating in the sunny galleried balcony, with patio doors opening onto the sights and sounds of the harbour and views of the marina, Torbay and beyond.  It is the ideal spot to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine after a busy day out.  For those wanting to sit in and relax there is a digital flat screen TV, DVD Player and CD player with a selection of DVDs and CDs as well as books and board games. There is also wireless broadband throughout the property and although the cottage has a good mobile phone signal, it also has a landline Payphone telephone.

The new fitted kitchen & diner on the ground floor also overlooks the harbour and is equipped with everything for those wanting to eat in with built-in oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and digital TV.

The main bathroom also on the ground floor has a bath with electric shower plus integrated toilet and washbasin.  There is also ample storage in the fitted cupboards, large mirrors and a hair dryer. There is an additional toilet on the upper floor.

The two bedrooms are located on the top floor.  The main bedroom, which overlooks the harbour, has a comfortable pocket sprung double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe/cupboard area, washbasin with storage cupboard beneath, radiator and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has full size custom made built in bunk beds with interior Vispring sprung mattresses. The room is ideal for children but also provides ample comfort for adults.  A large chest of drawers is in the bedroom and a built-in wardrobe on the landing provide planty of storage.

The cottage has gas centrally heated throughout and with double glazed windows making it ideal for holidays throughout the year.  A free private parking bay on the harbour – an unusual bonus for properties in Brixham, where parking is at a premium just 2 minutes walk away and within view from the cottage.

Quailty bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are included in the rental charge.
